The operations of online surveys
Here, the responder will have to fill out the questionnaire on his own, without the help of the telephone interviewer (CATI). All of the data collecting, processing, and cleaning happens within our own software, and then it's sent to the customer in the format they requested.
We began utilising social media to identify respondents in target and interview them in 2016, but we went above and above by establishing a digital department with the objective ofcreating a responsive CAWI. This is because respondents now complete surveys immediately via their cellphones.

The phases of CAWI research
